Affirmative Action for the SEALS!!!!! I shit you not! 

They are saying that not enough blacks are making it in the SEALS while too many whites are. Soooooo whether they are qualified or not, the SEALS may have to push someone through as a SEAL just for being black. Right now, it's being debated and the Democrats are making a huge noise over it, demanding it be looked into why there aren't more blacks being "let in" as SEALS. 

I can't even imagine the outrage the SEALS are feeling right now. Especially the black SEALS after they worked their asses off to get where they are and these people will be making a complete mockery of their hard work.

Every stupid son-of-a-bitch who is pushing for this needs to go through SEAL training, and when they ring that bell (and we know they will!), they'll understand it has NOTHING to do with color and EVERYTHING to do with ability and honor! Stupid fucktarded politicians!!

I went to his page in the process of his last reply and posted a few things on a couple of his images, like his picture showing how a woman should be covered head to toe in a burka because if she doesn't, she's going straight to hell. As I was about to reply to his last message, he unfriended me and blocked me. Guess he didn't like my strong-willed, outspoken female comments.

Imperfection is Perfection

Was waiting today for some lumber to be loaded into my truck. I was bored and browsing on my phone when a lady pulled into the parking space a few feet away. She had a sticker on her window that read: "If you think you're so perfect, walk on water." 

My first thought was, "Catty much? Must have bitch sisters like me," and I laughed. But then I noticed the sticker on the bumper that said (and I can't remember the exact words) something about loving and accepting one another and had a Jesus fish symbol. That's when it struck me that the "walk on water" thing was a reference to Jesus and the sticker was a call out against those little encouraging cliches about "you're perfect just the way you are..." And my next thought was, "What an egotistical, hypocritical idiot." 

As she walked around and passed my opened window (I was parked in front of the garden entrance waiting for them to bring my awesome 32 bags of garden soil with the forklift), I said to her, "I bet I can prove you and I are both perfect." 

She looked at me like I had just spoken a foreign language, so I pointed to her sticker. She grinned and said, "Okay." 

And I said:

"We were put here to learn and grow. Our souls were meant to expand through the experiences of our physical forms. It's our purpose. Any human who knows all and can do all - like walk on water - is flawed. We are perfect just the way we are because not knowing all and doing all is how we were created to be." 

She stared at me for a minute. Opened her mouth. Shut it. Opened it again. Shut it again. Then finally said,"Okay," and continued into the garden center. 

Just another day of shaking up someone's "perfect" little world.

Parrot The Dog has more sense than OWS

I'm so tired of the "Dog Named Parrot" posts that are specifically intended to rile people up against the police just before the OWS start their shit again. IT'S A BULLSHIT STORY! 

1. This story is from September 2010

2. The dog had turned violent and had already attacked another dog. It was trying to bite officers as well as others. 

3. "Lucky Dog Animal Rescue", the organization trying to adopt out the dog, said it was justified because the dog tried several times to attack the officer and others, attacked other dogs, and could not be controlled by the foster owner. The officer dropped it down the stairs when the dog spun his head around and snapped at him. As soon as the dog landed, it started to run toward the officers in aggression. The police report "Lucky Dog" released to the public states this, as well. And again, the very adoption agency who spoke to the foster owner backs this up.

Can police reports be falsified? Sure. But ask yourself why the animal rescue group would defend the officer if he acted in any other way than was necessary.

If the officer did nothing, there would be an internet "share this!" meme about a stupid cop who didn't prevent a child from being mauled by a vicious dog.
And 4. Unless you were actually there, never be so quick to jump on an internet conspiracy bandwagon. Look up the facts.

Educate yourself before adding to the propaganda bullshit. Stop being tools for someone else's agenda. You look fucktarded.

War and Peace

In most aboriginal tribes of Northern America, there was a Peace Chief and a War Chief. Self-explanatory, right? Relying upon one type of leader is a fool-hearty ideology because the world is not at peace 100% of the time, nor is it at war 100% of the time. The peace keepers cannot deny that their serenity comes from the battles ensuring it, and the warriors cannot deny that without the serenity, there is nothing worth fighting for. Fellowships who subscribe purely to one or the other are guaranteeing the destruction of all they hold dear. The only solution is to acknowledge our current civilization needs both the peace keeper and the warrior, and then work together to protect it all. The more we fight about which is more important or impressive, the more we lose the battle from within.

Pluto is a planet regardless of humanity's opinion

Every ancient culture, without the aide of a telescope, knew there were 9 planets in our solar system. Not until NASA and credible scientists began acknowledging this did we suddenly demote Pluto to an orbiting space rock. The Facts 

Alex attends Cooper Middle School in Austell, the special needs middle school for our district here in Georgia. His class consists of approximately seven other Special Needs children with varying levels of ability. 

Alex has been a member of the chorus from the beginning of the school year and has participated in three other events held at his school.  

The concert where this picture was taken was held at a neighboring high school in the old gym which I am sure was built before ADA laws were in place; and included several other surrounding schools from elementary to high school. Several audience members struggled with the lack of access. 

When we arrived at the gym, all the other students and parents were sitting in bleachers. I noticed that there was no wheelchair access so Alex and I proceeded to sit on the gym floor to the side of his section.  

As children and parents wandered in to wait for the concert to begin and their school to be called Mr. Grevstead (Alex’s choir director) came down from the bleachers and said, “Hi Alex, how are you this evening?” Alex replied fine and apologized for his shoes not being in code as this was to be a graded performance. Mr. Grevstead said no problem and walked away. 

About ten minutes passed until the concert began and the first school was called to sing, the Powder Springs elementary school was to go first. Each group was to sing two songs then all were to perform together as a group. That’s why the picture shows the choir in the middle of all the empty risers. Each individual choir performed in the center, then for the finale, all the risers would be full of students.  

Alex’s school was second to perform and as Mr. Grevstead motioned the children to take their places on the risers. I told Alex to go over and wait while everyone took their places. As Mr. Grevstead directed the children into position, Alex waited patiently on the sideline to be positioned with the rest of the group. All of this took about five minutes. As the chorus began to sing I realized that Alex would not be placed with the others. The picture that you see was taken after the first song was over and the second began, I assure you Alex was in that location the entire time his class performed. That he was left there without any thought to him was a total shock to me and I was so shocked that I could not act other than to take the picture.  

While Alex’s choir was vacating the performance area and the next filing into position, I spoke with Mr. Grevstead and voiced my disappointment.  

Mr. Grevstead stated “he didn’t even know Alex was there.” How could anyone not have seen him? Alex was maybe 20 feet away and clearly well within Mr. Grevstead’s line of sight. Parents and spectators, along with myself, noticed it. I just can’t believe that although he said he was taking full responsibility he continued to redirect blame on a student helper that was not present that night. 

This is the third concert performance for Alex’s choir. For the previous concert (which was also to be graded), the children lined up on the risers as normal and Alex was positioned out of sight behind the piano accompanist. I suddenly realized that in both the graded performances, Alex was kept out of sight. I now wonder if it truly is a coincidence.  

It is sad that people that don’t fit your norm somehow become invisible…tolerated and excluded because they are different. I don’t pretend to know what was going on in Mr. Grevstead’s head but I do know what wasn’t; my son’s full inclusion in a graded performance.  

Further discussions with Mr. Grevstead and with the school have not yet happened as the school is closed for Spring Break. I fully intend to address this matter when the school reopens.
